Minimal Identification: Sender details are kept neutral and do not reveal the product nature.
General Declaration: Items are declared under general categories such as “Apparel” or “Clothing.”

MALAYSIA
We ship via trusted third-party couriers to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

- Shipping Fee: RM 49
- Free Shipping: Orders above RM 450
- Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch
Important:
Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or GST. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refused or unclaimed parcels will not be eligible for refunds.
Order Processing
- Ready Stock: Processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays)
- Mixed Orders: Orders containing preorder items will be shipped together once all items are ready
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once shipped
Important Notes
- We currently ship within Malaysia and Singapore only
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to peak seasons, public holidays, or customs clearance
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled
Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- If a parcel is returned due to delivery failure, additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it is considered in transit.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services. However, we will assist in filing claims after confirmation from the courier.
