Hygiene & Safety Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all items including bodysuits, panties, stockings, and any form-fitting garments are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Eligible Items for Exchange
Only robes and outerwear (non-intimate fit) are eligible for exchange of size or color within 3 days of delivery.
All exchange requests are subject to approval. No cash refunds will be provided.
Measurement & Color Disclaimer
Please allow a 1–3 cm difference in measurements due to manual measuring and fabric elasticity. Slight color variations due to screen display or lighting differences are not considered defects.
Pre-Order Items
All pre-order items are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
Shipping & Liability
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges
- We are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services
- However, we will assist in the claim process where applicable
Defective or Incorrect Items & Missing Parts
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, or if any item is missing, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
You must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel (with airway bill visible) until the full inspection of all items inside.
Claims supported only by photos or videos recorded after the parcel has been opened will not be accepted.
All cases are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet our requirements.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- Size incompatibility (please refer carefully to our size chart before purchasing)
- Minor imperfections (e.g. loose threads, slight color differences, washable marks)
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
- Claims submitted after the stated timeframe
- Incomplete or invalid proof of claim
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging. No sensitive product descriptions will appear on the parcel exterior.
