How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days (West Malaysia), 6–9 business days (East Malaysia), and 5–8 business days (Singapore) after dispatch.
Will my parcel be discreet?
Yes, absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. No sensitive product details or store names will be shown externally.
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Why is my tracking not updated yet?
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect in the courier’s system after dispatch. This is completely normal.
What is the difference between Ready Stock and Pre-order?
Ready Stock items are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Pre-order items require approximately 14 working days before shipping (cut-off every Monday).
Can I order both together?
Yes, you can. However, please note that your entire order will only be shipped once all pre-order items have arrived. If you need the ready stock items urgently, we recommend placing separate orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept direct online payment (Credit/Debit Card, FPX, E-wallets) and manual payment via DuitNow QR or Bank Transfer.
Do I need to upload a receipt?
If you choose DuitNow or Bank Transfer, yes. You must upload a clear payment receipt at checkout. Please include your Order ID as the payment reference.
How long does manual payment verification take?
Verification usually takes up to 24 hours during working days.
Can I return or exchange items?
Due to strict hygiene and safety protocols, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
What if I receive a defective item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Important: You must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video as proof to be eligible for a replacement.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to the detailed size chart available on every product page. If you are unsure, feel free to contact our customer service before purchasing.
What if the size doesn’t fit?
As all sales are final for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
How should I wash and care for the items?
To maintain the quality of the delicate fabrics (such as lace or silk), we highly recommend gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergent. Do not bleach, iron, or tumble dry.
Will anyone know what I ordered?
No. Your privacy is 100% protected. All orders are packed discreetly.
What will appear on the parcel's airway bill?
Only minimal sender information (e.g., our company initials) and a general item description like “Apparel” or “Clothing” will be printed.
