Follow these simple steps to start your shopping journey with Monna Secret.

Browse our collection and add your favorite items to your cart.

Please check the product description to see if the item is [Ready Stock] or [Pre-order] before proceeding.

STEP 2

Checkout & Shipping

Fill in your shipping details carefully and select your delivery region (West Malaysia, East Malaysia, or Singapore).

Note: Please ensure your contact number and address are 100% accurate to avoid any delivery delays or failed attempts.

STEP 3

Payment & Confirmation

Choose the payment method that suits you best:

Instant Payment: Credit/Debit Card or FPX Online Banking (Orders are confirmed automatically).
Manual Payment: DuitNow QR or Bank Transfer.
Crucial Step: For manual payments, you must upload your payment receipt at the checkout page. Orders will only enter the processing queue once payment is verified.

STEP 4

Order Processing

We prepare your parcels with care according to the item type:

Ready Stock: Dispatched within 48 hours.
Pre-order: Dispatched approximately 14 working days after the weekly cut-off.
Combined Orders: If your cart contains both Ready Stock and Pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

STEP 5

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order is on its way, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp.
