Manual Transfer & DuitNow QR
You may also complete your payment via DuitNow QR or manual bank transfer.
DuitNow QR: A DuitNow QR code will be displayed at checkout. You can scan it using any Malaysian banking app or e-wallet (e.g., TNG, MAE).

Important Instructions for Manual Payment
Payment Reference: Please enter your Order ID in the payment reference/remarks section.
Valid Receipt: You must upload a clear payment receipt at checkout. The receipt must clearly show the successful status, date, time, amount, and reference number.
Verification: Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully verified against our bank statement. Verification may take up to 24 hours during working days.
(Note: There is no need to send your receipt via WhatsApp unless you encounter issues or are requested by our team.)
Unpaid Orders & Fraud Prevention
Orders that are not paid within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled to release the inventory.
Submitting fake, edited, or duplicated payment receipts is strictly prohibited. Orders with invalid proof of payment will be rejected immediately.
