Order Status Guide
| Order Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending / On Hold | Waiting for payment verification |
| Processing | Payment verified, your order is being prepared |
| Shipped | Your parcel has been handed over to the courier and is on the way |
| Delivered | Your parcel has been successfully delivered |
| Cancelled | Your order has been cancelled |
Tracking Updates
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated after your parcel has been shipped.
Delays in tracking updates are normal, especially during peak periods.
